Jamie G. Pollock, Jr. Chief Operating Officer Jamie is a fourth generation farmer here in the Bootheel and surrounding states. He served 2 years in the U.S. army, attended the University of Mississippi, and graduated with an Agribusiness degree from Southeast Missouri State University. Jamie started American Agri Financial Services Inc. in the fall of 2002, dealing primarily with farm lending and farm sales. He has been in the business of selling farm realty and ag lending since 1988 and is a licensed real estate broker. Prior to that he row cropped on his family farm. Jamie is 55 years old, he and his wife, Debra, have two children, son James Jr. and daughter Rachel. |

Buddy Reeves
Buddy is a fourth generation farmer in the Bootheel of Missouri. He graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau with a B.S, B.A. double major in Management/Marketing. Buddy has over 12 years experience working with financial securities and is a licensed real estate broker and insurance agent. Buddy has been with American Agri since January of 2003. He and his wife, Connie, have one son, Byron Lee. |

Jon M. Heuring
Jon comes from a farm family near New Hamburg, MO. He received a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Missouri in Columbia. During his studies at the University of Missouri, Jon attended a summer-long internship program in Kauai, Hawaii, where he worked for Pioneer Hi-Bred International. There, he worked with the corn genetics research department. Upon graduation in January of 2006, Jon went to work for American Agri Financial Services Inc. |
